Anonymous asked: I thought I should let you know that that snack you posted said it was 150 calories. 1/2 of an avocado is like 150 calories right there. Avocados - although good for you, are very high in calories. A whole, normal sized avocado is about 250-300 calories.
Hey anon! Thanks for the response! You’re right, I calculated that wrong :) I put things through myfitnesspal and added the avocado as 1/4 since that’s what I normally use.
Correction all: my snack was 220 cal! Which is great for me since I was lacking calories there and that snack was healthy as all get out! :D
