And how do you plan on meeting your goals in your November challenges today?
One of my goals was to think about something positive in my daily life every day, and today I’m thankful and excited that today is Friday! Not in the sense that the weekend is coming up, because for me it’s not, but because it means that everybody else will be on weekend. That means I will have the entire lab space all to myself while I work on a series of protocols that I am comfortable with, and that’s my nerdy comfort zone.
In terms of fitness: I logged three miles of running yesterday, and am taking a break from that today. I will elliptical HIIT for 30-45 min when I get home tonight. I will update you all on what toning exercises I have planned for this weekend.
